Person Directed
Our services are relevant and respectful to the role of family members and other persons involved in the life of the individual. Services are intended to strengthen and build capacity within the family; so to support the individual and make progress toward identified goals and independence.
Culturally Competent
Our multilingual and multicultural staff employ advocacy and education to empower the individual and their family. It is a priority to preserve and uphold the cultural values that may influence individual decision making and tailored services.
Community Advocacy
Services support community members in the facilitation of tailored services. Flexible steps are taken to achieve the goals and needs of the individual as they pursue community involvement and inclusion.
